Women’s Leadership Forum

 

The Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) is a membership organization dedicated to helping female leaders succeed in today’s business environment.

 

 

The WLF is comprised of 8-12 Management-level professional women who are from non-competing industries. We explore how to successfully lead in today’s business environment.  Members share challenges and opportunities that they are currently facing, as well as, learn new approaches and strategies.  Each member lends insight, support and expertise to help their colleague develop a plan of action.

 

The group meets once a month from 8:30 a.m.-11:30.  Attendance at each session is strongly suggested to gain the most from your membership.

 

Some topics to be addressed:

 

• Leading with Emotional Intelligence
• Energy Leadership-what do you resonate at?
• Leading in the Generational Workforce
• Establishing & Maintaining a work/life balance
• Promoting Yourself for the next leadership position
• Bridging the gap between male/female communications in the workforce

 

Membership benefits include:

• A multi-dimensional approach to looking at your business
• Guidance and support from other senior-level professional women
• A certified facilitator to guide and direct the conversations
• Hands-on skills to utilize back on the job
• Quarterly Executive Coaching Session with your facilitator

 

Membership Cost:

Membership is for a 12 month period and includes a 3-hour monthly leadership

Meeting and one quarterly coaching session with your certified facilitator.

Cost is only $125.00/month and is paid at the beginning of each quarter.
